Struggling to make ends meet, Reuben's desperation for money lands him in a cyber theft scheme that seems seemingly straightforward. Things take a turn when the victim turns out to be an old friend.

This 20-minute crime drama, created as my senior thesis at Syracuse University, explores tension and drama through a dialogue-driven story. Shot over three intense days and meticulously planned over 3 ½ months, the film blends a crime-based premise with gripping character interactions in a tension-filled scenario.

Facing budget and production constraints, I worked to craft a script that balanced ambition with feasibility, ensuring high production quality within our resources. Collaborating with a talented crew of Syracuse students and professional NYC actors was an invaluable experience, teaching me the art of directing under pressure.

The fast-paced, 36-hour shoot was both challenging and rewarding, pushing the limits of creativity and teamwork to bring this story to life.
